- Notice to individuals under Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the processing of personal data.
- Your personal data is very important to ARES-SB, Electrical Installation, Assembly and Other Services, d.o.o. ("ARES-SB") and is therefore protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable law.
- Personal data
- Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or legal person ('data subject'). An identifiable natural or legal person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural or legal person.

- Purpose of processing of personal data:
- - To identify current and future vacancies for the job applicant
or job seeker, - to fulfil contractual obligations to search for a job for a job applicant or jobseeker with
various users who are legal persons governed by private or public law, - sending CVs and personal data to potential employers who are legal persons governed by
private or public law for consideration, - informing the job applicant or job seeker about potential job opportunities by e-mail,
telephone, post.
For the above purposes, we will collect the following personal data from you: name and surname, date of birth, nationality, residential address, mobile and landline telephone, email, work experience and previous employers, completed education, whether you are currently employed, current notice period and CV.
- Legal basis for processing personal data:
- The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the performance of measures at the request of such data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract (Article 6(1) b GDPR).
- Access to data:
- Only employees involved in the recruitment processes (e.g. heads of departments, recruitment process assistants, HR staff and employee representatives) have access to this data within the legal entity (ARES-SB) with which you have submitted your application for employment. Furthermore, we may share your application data with others if we deem you suitable for another position within ARES-SB, d.o.o. You will be notified of this by email and your consent is required to activate any such new application.
- We will only disclose your personal data to other data controllers if this is necessary for the application, if we or a third party have a legitimate interest in this disclosure or if you have given your consent. For more details on the legal basis, please see the section "Purposes of data processing and legal bases". Other legal entities of ARES-SB d.o.o. may fall under third parties. If the data is disclosed to third parties on the basis of a legitimate interest, this will be specifically explained in the privacy notice.
- In addition, we may disclose your personal data to other recipients outside ARES-SB, d.o.o., if this is necessary for the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations (accounting, student services, etc...).
- Period of retention of personal data or, where this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period:
- The data will be kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and processed. After the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, it will be deleted, destroyed or blocked.
- Information on the existence of the rights of the data subject to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction or the existence of the right to object to processing and the right to data portability:
- You may at any time verify, amend or delete the personal data you have provided when registering in the jobseekers' database or when applying for a job vacancy by sending a written request to info@ares-sb.si.
- Information on the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent:
- You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until its withdrawal.
- Information on the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:

- Information on:
- whether the provision of personal data is a legal or contractual obligation: YES.
- whether the individual is obliged to provide the personal data and what are the possible
consequences of not providing it: Yes. An individual who does not provide personal data
cannot enter into a contractual relationship with the controller.
- Information on the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling
and, at least in such cases, meaningful information about the reasons for it, as well as the
significance and foreseeable consequences of such processing for the data subject: No
automated decision-making, no profiling.
